What Do You Do?

"What do you do?"

An innocent question with plethoric answers.

The simplest of which is 'I do wine.'

I find your next favorite vintage. I strive to make your wine experience beyond any expectation you've held.

I help get the grape to your glass. I introduce you to a new friend at a member party. And I help you get lost in only the best the Central Coast can offer.

Every so often I get to get lost in a bottle myself.

And some days, I just can't keep it to myself...

If the sight of inky blackness soaked on the underside of a cork is one of the traits that just 'does it for you', I'd say you are like me.

And I would like to introduce you to our 2012 Syrah.

Unwind and admire said cork and remember with anticipated excitement that that pleasurably colored cork is the least impressive part of this wine.

Fill your glass with tyrian blue ink edged with deep sapphire.

Take in the longest breath of creme de cassis and muddled violet leaving a wisp of wild mountain blueberries and dried black tea leaves in a place where smell and taste collide.

At last, bring in your first sip of focused spice box and dark chocolate cherries intermingled with sultry black currant, soft wildflowers and oaked spice to wait in epicurean anguish through the infinite finish for the next sip.
