And Now For Something New

If you’re reading this, you know us… you know our passion in vinting ultra-boutique limited production fine Central Coast classics; Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Zinfandel and red blends.

And now, for the first time since 2007, we are adding a new varietal to the Double Bond label.

Rosé of Grenache.

Vinted in the traditional Provence-style using Grenache grapes, this Rosé is purely addicting, if the feedback from our tasters is any indication.

Meet the Newest Double Bond Wine:

Just like with everything, the beauty of this wine starts in the first glance. A coy crystalline palest peach, unintrusive and alluringly blush… like a Pinot Grigio saw a handsome Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fixated by the pristine faintest pink you instinctually know is the epitome of what every Rosé should be, you venture a little farther and slip out the cork to an explosion of white garden roses in full bloom woven around strawberry flowers and exotic lychee flesh… how could you possibly turn back?

Tormented you raise it to your lips; you’d like to taste it but that would mean a short pause in the soul-filling inhale of this most impeccable bouquet.

Of course, the anticipation wins eventually…

White raspberries and wet stones in mountain spring water tease your tastebuds and playfully prickle your palate in a crisply endearing way. Gorgeously structured with fresh minerality, this wine is addictingly tantalizing from the first kiss to the last sip.

Easy on the eyes, intoxicating on the nose and heaven on the palate; this wine is one to fall in love with and take it from me (and everyone who has stumbled onto a sip during our testing) be sure to get more than a few bottles to postpone the heartbreak of finishing the last drop.
