Double Bond is a boutique winery that procures the finest wine grapes from the Central Coast to handcraft small batches of inspired premium wine. Double Bond was founded by PhD. Biochemist John Klacking with the idea that in order to produce a diverse repertoire of fine varietals, a winery must not be restricted to the confines of only certain vineyards; it must have the flexibility to source the best grapes from the region.
Our master winemaker has the freedom to explore and compare the fruits of many different vineyards throughout the region and select the grapes that best fit the winery’s vision for creating the best wines.
